Spring Creativity – Forres Booking (ages 8+)

Celebrating the arrival of Spring with MY_DANCE Yoga, Mindfulness and Dance.
Dance, move, be mindful, try yoga and create with movement practitioners, Mhari* and Sharon**.
Leading to a sharing with parents and families on the last session.
Sessions take place every Tuesday evening, 3.45-4.30 pm, from 22 April – 20 May. This is a 5-week course.

*Mhari Baxter is a registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist and Yoga Teacher. She has 10 years experience working with children, young people and families to support mental health and wellbeing. Recently she worked on the Embodied Learning programme in Forres primary schools, which led to improvements in focus, peer learning and relationships.
**Sharon Took-Zozaya is a Choreographer and Contemporary Dance Artist whose work has toured Scotland. She has many years’ teaching experience, especially in inclusive environments, and brings great skill, energy and zest for life to her classes.
