A movement based workshop held by Kirstie Simson as part of her AIM residency through Dance North AIM (Arts In Moray) – Open to all and no previous experience necessary.
Kirstie will lead a gentle warm up and then guide participants into exploring their bodies and the space through movement.
There will be no pressure on participants to move or perform but they are invited to contribute at their own level, energy and ability.
